Can baby shampoos make hair stronger?

Can we have benefits from baby shampoos?Do you have any experiences?Because I have tried so many shampoos but nothing worked. What should I do?I have oily scalp and dry ends. Can baby shampoos make hair stronger?
baby shampoo has the ph balance of tears. that's why you don't cry when the shampoo gets into the eyes.

the ph of tears is something like 9. hair's natural ph is like 7.4. this means that baby shampoo is drying to the hair.

your hair follicles are drying out and trying to replace natural ph and natural oils at the same time, hence the oily scalp and dry ends. Can baby shampoos make hair stronger?
baby shampoo will just make your hair softer.. try using nutragena(thats spelled wrong) shampoo and conditner and get your ends cut off if you already did that then try a good deep conditiner from your local salon
If you color your hair, nothing will make it stronger, but conditioner will help a little with the dry ends. Only condition the ends though, not the scalp. Baby shampoo is too mild, and will not clean the oil.
Baby shampoos do not make hair stronger. The thing that makes them great for babies is the PH level is exactly the same as your eyes, therefore it doesn't sting the babies eyes if it should inadvertently get into their eyes.
I don't know about that, but for fast growth I would recommend Mane and Tail. It's actually for the mane and tail of a horse. You can find it at Walmart in the pet section. I use it and my hair grows, on average, a half inch each month. Their conditioner is good as well.

If you want a good professional shampoo and conditioner, try ALL SOFT. You can get it at most hair cuttery locations.
