Huggies shampoo in baby's eye?

She cried a lot, although we wiped it away right away. Is this harmful?Huggies shampoo in baby's eye?
Keep an eye on her to make sure her eyes are not red and irritated, if they are rinse with cool water for as long as she will let you, aim for at least five min. It is the same as if an adult gets shampoo in their eye, it is not pleasant. Even the brands that say tear free can still irritate eyes. She may also freak out at the next couple of bath times so beware of that. In our house we really like the rinse cups that have a flexible front to keep water away from the face. They can be found oat Babies R Us or Walmart for about $4.00.Huggies shampoo in baby's eye?
no it is not harmful, just make sure you wiped it all out of her eye. Huggies baby shampoo is made to not hurt the eye, so it probably caused her a little discomfort, but that is all.
It would be just like if you or I got shampoo in our eyes. It does not feel pleasant, but it will not do any long term damage. Not to worry it happens to the best of us! =)
If it causes tears, don't use it any more. Use the no more tears. She'll be okay, but read the label on the shampoo bottle.
Im sure a lot of other moms would agree with me that it happens to all of us!! Just make sure it is completely washed out and just keep an eye on it.
i dont think its harmful...just painful...its like getting shampoo in your eyes...it hurts..
