I have baby fine hair, what is a good shampoo/conditioner to avoid breakage, do not use hot rolls, irons?

I have very long thin hair and the best shampoo and conditioner I have found for me is Therma Silk.I also do not use dryers or irons ect....I have baby fine hair, what is a good shampoo/conditioner to avoid breakage, do not use hot rolls, irons?

try sunsilk (you can get it at any grocery store) its very gentle and smells great!
