Baby shampoo!!!! IMPORTANT!!! SCARY!!!?

Did you know that regular Johnson and Johnson's Shampoo burns eyes? It's true!! When my daughter was younger I washed her hair once with Johnson's Baby Shampoo and I noticed that her eyes started turning really red and she was crying and rubbing her eyes like crazy. I finally got her to calm down and finished bathing her. I then decided to ';test'; the shampoo. I grabbed a little and put it over my eyes. And yup it even burned my eyes so bad that I couldn't even open them for a while. Anyway ever since I've never used Johnson's shampoo again. I always use Huggies baby wash and that works great and they smell really good too. Did you know that? Now I always test my baby's products before I use it on them.Baby shampoo!!!! IMPORTANT!!! SCARY!!!?
i remember using Johnson's when i was little. and ya know what... it burned my eyes. so when i had kids i never used it. i use baby magic or huggies and... no problemsBaby shampoo!!!! IMPORTANT!!! SCARY!!!?
We use Johnson %26amp; Johnson's Baby Sampoo all the time and we have not experienced any burning or redness, etc... and my kids get it in their eyes! Maybe you got a bad batch! I would call the company and at least inform them because maybe others have complained and you could have just ended up with a bad bottle or something! But thanks for the tip!
maybe you and your daughter share a particular sensitivity to something in that product. if johnsons and johnsons burned childrens eyes im sure they would have taken it off the market by now. its been out for like 30 years.
i never new that
Maybe you and your daughter have an allergy to something in the shampoo. Who ever put shampoo directly into their eye anyway? Of course it would hurt if it wasn't diluted with water. There are people out there with allergies to soap products, deoderants, etc. so it's not that far of a stretch to think you two might be allergic. My sister breaks out in hives if she uses ANYTHING but Mitchum deoderant.
I have never had a problem with Johnsons products and I have accidently gotten some in his eyes once and it didn't bother him.
Yes, and many baby products can be harmful...

I switched to all natural products, and they really make a big difference! My kids have the softest skin, and no more reactions or crying in the bath. I have tons of samples, if anyone out there is interested, feel free to e-mail me!
