have you tried washing up liquid -that usuallt gets out anythingI used vaseline in my hair, and i have tried everything to get it out. including dawn baby shampoo everything?
Buy a clarifying shampoo and try that. If that doesn't work, get a tar shampoo, try Neutrogena - and use it a couple of times. Then rinse with apple cider vinegar and that should work!
you do not put vasaline in hair it makes it rank.
you coud try using washing up liquid, becasue it has the the power to cut throught grease

but this will work:
use dish washing liquid soap...BUT, this is key...don't put water in your hair first...maybe just a DAB of water to get a bit of foam going in your hand and then really scrub it in you hair...once you have the concentrated dish soap
in your hair you can slowly add water to it...you may have to do this more than once, but it will get all that grease out!

You should use Dawn dish detergent, liquid form. The Dawn will break the grease down and off your hair.
use dish washing liquid soap.
Use Dawn Dishwashing Liquid, then really condition your hair afterwards.
Go to the automotive department at your local wal-mart and get some gojo orange hand cleaner or some goop (gojo smells better) and use a small amount. When it is out use a regular shampoo and it will come out. Strangely enough I have had this problem but mine was accidental.
use an inexpensive shampoo for oily hair. and use a good amount with warm water. let it sit for a few minutes. that should work.
